Loading Ringtones with data cable

Please Help!
I need help loading ringtones on a Nextel i560 phone from my PC using a data cable

If you haven't figured it out already, you should see your phone show up in my computer as a hard drive. Look around in it and see if you can find a folder labeled sounds or ringtones or something like that. From there, just move the ringtone you want into the folder.
