Hello, I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 8, currently I cannot load pages on any engines, I am running a direct Ethernet cable with 100mbps but still won't load, help is greatly appreciated

Hi there,

Can you open a command prompt (Windows key + R > Type cmd into run) and type ipconfig /all.
Then can you right click the window and select all. And then copy and paste it here for me.

for troubleshooting try
http://www.speedtest.net/

if the speeds are fine but the issue persists , scan for malwares or viruses
