Take your personal files out to a PC or laptop then go for a Factory Reset. That you do by switching off, holding down the Volume Down button and switching on again. You should see a list of seven items and the bottom one is Factory Reset. Use the Volume down button to get there and the power button to make that your choice.

All that is to make sure you really want to do it and it will restart and the process will begin.
