How do I solve tis

It appears by searching those terms, that this computer may have been sold in exclusion of their ethics policy, and locked.

Seems like you got a corporate system from a reseller that buys used stuff or a stolen one (some employees tend to walk away with equipment). Contact the place you bought it from and tell them about the issue.
