Solved! Locked metro LG and TMobile sim card

I'm trying to activate a new Safelink T-Mobile sim in a locked metro LG X210MA PHONE

T-Mobile will need a Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) from Metro before it can activate its SIM. Metro will expect the old account is fully paid up before they hand over that key.

Some used mobile phones look cheap but can end up costing more than their worth if you have to pay for someone else's old account,
