Question LOCKED out of my FB

My account was hacked. I've been able to reset my password via email but it won't let me in until I enter an SMS code. I am getting the codes but when i press 'send code' it says my number is not recognised.... even though i am getting the codes! It's not letting me get to the bit to enter the code and when i log out and try again, it now says in 4 days my account will be blocked forever! I have tried everything, all the support/help articles on facebook, contacting them and nothing! I rely heavily on FB for business and now not had access for over 3.5 weeks! PLEASE HELP

Only FB can resolve account issues. You must work this out with them.

Yes as I said, I have tried everything to contact them with no luck - any tips?
