Logitech G35 Problem.

Hi guys i hope you can help me.I've just bought a g35 logitech headset but when i play games and skype and then go out of the game then them whos talking, is got an robot voice please help. Than you.

In the voice morphing section of the G35 control panel app, click the icon that is lit up in the voice morphing section. click it, or any of the other unlit icons, to turn it on again.

I dont have the voice morphing. And i hear them well when i am ingame its when i do something else and still run csgo, or anything.
