Question Logitech G633 doesn't work on PC but works on laptop

I've tried multiple ports on my PC and it doesn't seem to work. It doesn't light up or anything and it doesn't get detected. I tried plugging it in my laptop and it seemed to work fine. I had no logitech drivers on my laptop.

What version of Windows are you running on your PC? Do you have other USB devices plugged into the PC that are workings?

I am on windows 10, I have my mouse and keyboard plugged in. It's not the ports problem but I think it has something to do with the G633
