long and continous beep

when i press power buttom then my laptop start to beeping continuosly and windows starts also but my down arrow key doesn't work.can you help me out?

Hi,

Start by reseating the RAM modules, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly into each RAM slots. If the beeping will still persist after doing these steps it may either be another component of the motherboard. Do contact the manufacturer for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
