Looking a best gaming phone in a budget?

Hi all,
I am looking for a fast smartphone to play games on it efficiently, but I dont have enough budget to buy new smartphone. Do you think a second-hand phone can be a good option for me? If yes then should I get?

What you should get depends on your budget. Any of the higher end devices a generation or two old can handle new games. Say iPhone 6s, Samsung S6/S7.

Ahan, Do i need to buy these phones in a brand new form? Or second-hand condition phone will do the same for me?

Most likely used, not likely you will find phones a few generations old new. And new would be more expensive.
