Looking for 5.1 pc headphones

OK ive never owned headphones before so im on the hunt for something around $199.00 or less.
ive seen these, what say you?
Need h.p. for gaming only to go with my z5500 log speakers and x-fi pro gamer sound card

I almost bought those except they have the same headset design joints and such to the headphones as my medusa 5.1's that just failed. Because of this i went with the turtle beach hpa2. The reviews at newegg seem consistently better for the turtle beach ones too.

Those trittons using the same design as the medusas will mean they are extremely comfortable though.
