Looking for a 13" laptop with particular specs

Hey, I am sorry that my first post here is a request for help!

I need some suggestions for laptops and also some feedback on one that I have my eye on.

Basically I will be using it mostly for school over the next couple of years so battery life is a HUGE deal but I also want to be able to play modern games on decent settings (nothing extreme) so one of the those new optimized cards would be good or the ATI switchables because I know the GPU will be the biggest drain on power.

Other then that weight and build quality are important as I will be using it as a portable machine

This one seems to suit my needs but it does not mention the battery life and I have searched everywhere for a review that gives a number. Also it does not use the new SB and I dont know if thats a very big deal:
