Looking for a budget headset in the $60 range

This is for use on my PC, for music, movies, gaming, etc. I'm not looking out of my way for a microphone, so a bare pair of headphones would do fine.
I'm aware that the sound quality of a product in my price range leaves a lot to be desired, but frankly I don't care; I've been using shitty headsets for years. In fact, I suspect a good $60 pair would be an improvement over what I've had in the past.

If you can't recommend any specific products, at least say which brands are sure bets and which should be avoided (Sennheiser, AKG, Logitech, etc.). I'd be grateful for any help.
