Looking for a budget laptop

As the title says I want to buy a cheap laptop for coding and studying. The budget is about 200€ or a couple bucks more. I like the Lenovo b50-30 for its discrete hardware at a very low price. Is there something better in the same price range? Waiting for responses, thanks to everyone.

Check out some of the chromebooks. They have good value and most are around your price range at $200

I don't really like chromebooks and I'd have to wipe the system anyway since I need windows and GNU/Linux.
