Looking for a decent PC

Hi, I'm looking for a Laptop or Desktop and would like to be able to run CS:GO, Overwatch, H1Z1, and some other games. My budget is $1,000 USD (Higher or lower is fine, just don't go way over please) I'm okay with sacrificing Graphics for Performance also I'm playing on 1080p
