Looking for a gaming laptop under $1600

I was wondering if you guys could help me find the gaming laptop best for me:

-I want it to play gta 5 / cities skylines on high or max settings.

-Anywhere from 30 - 60 fps.

-I don't want it to bulky either

agree with gamercat's suggestion. You need a GTX 980m card on laptop for GTA V . The game is powerful and uses 3-4 gb vram. The games requirements are for desktop and not laptop and laptops are weaker than desktop. If the laptop with the 980m is out of your price range I would not go lower than a GTX 970m and make sure the video card has 4gb vram
