Hi,

To my knowledge finding a gaming laptop for high end games for around 650usd is not easy. High end games require super GPU & CPU which is not cheap. You can get something for 600-700 but i dont believe it will be for high end games!

Also it will depend on what dpi you are planning to play!

For "high-end" games you are looking at about $800 USD for lower to mid settings. Something with an nVidia 860m video card. For your budget you will have to live with a 940m card which will play newer games but at low settings and with some lag.
