looking for a good gaming laptop under budget

i have 3 choices in laptops -

i) AMD APU quad core A10 processor ( 1.9 ghz with turbo boost upto 3.2 ghz ) with 2GB AMD Radeon R7 M265 graphic card and 8GB RAM

ii) i3 5th gen processor ( 2.0 ghz ) with 2 GB nvidia geforce 920m with 8GB RAM

iii) i3 5th gen ( 2.0 ghz ) with 2GB nvidia geforce 940m and 4 GB RAM

which one is best for gaming ??
please guide me

what's your budget? sometimes just get the more high-end one around your budget. The mainstream is i7 gen6+GTX970M. If among these three, I would say the third option, because generally Intel CPU performed a bit better than AMD right now and GPU matters in gaming.
