I’m about to start university and i’m looking for a gaming laptop strong enough to run autocad but also battery life is very important

Not going to happen unless you run the laptop with onboard graphics, drop the CPU speed and lower the screen brightness. You can't have everything in a single system. High power = lower battery life.
