Looking for a laptop for games like Leaugue of Legends and DOTA.

Actually I ask this question for my friend, he said he wants to have a smooth gameplay with LOL and DOTA with cheapest laptop, do you guys have any suggestions?

These games can easily be played on recent intel hd graphics. just filter on those but leave the Atom / Bay Trail Celerons out. Everything else will be fine. Something like this:

Even though you can run LoL with anything, I'm not sure that Intel HD and a mobile pentium couldn't run DOTA 2 at a decent framerates. Keep in mind that current DOTA 2 is not the same DOTA 2 that came out in 2012. It changed to source 2 engine and it's system req went up with it. The same thing could happen with LoL some time in the future. Game devs tend to keep that kind of games up to date with visuals and technology (for example: a PC that could run WOW at high settings back in 2004 can hardly run the new updated version with a decent framerate even on lowest settings). Also he might wish to play some other games after some time (i could hardly dedicate myself to one or 2 games for a longer time) that demand a little bit more power to run. I'm not saying he should buy a gaming laptop or anything but something with a mobile i5 and a 940M or 950M could be found for around $400-500 if that's okay for his budget.

The following video demonstrates that it is possible to play Dota 2 on a laptop with a Pentium N3700, but performance is relatively low at 1366x768 resolution where the FPS is mostly at around 25 FPS, but it does dip down to around 15 FPS.

I recommend the following Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM for $350. It has a Core i3-7100u CPU, Intel HD 620 graphics core and 1080p screen. I can max out LoL and it will be fine for Dota 2.

The following video demonstrates Dota 2 running on a similar laptop with the i3-7100u, but it only has a 1366x768 screen. Playing at 1600x900 or 1920x1080 should be possible by lowering the graphic settings.

The following is a video of LoL maxed out with the Acer laptop. It does have 12GB of RAM installed meaning it has 2 sticks of RAM instead of 1 stick. That means the RAM is running at full speed rather than half speed. That generally means the Intel HD 620 could perform 10% - 15% slow when operating with only 1 stick of RAM.
