I'm looking for a new laptop but can't decide between AMD or Intel. I want to use it to play company of heroes and civilization 5 and also watching movies. which is better?
That Toshiba laptop would probably run it alright at medium settings. Ideally you want to find an Intel processor with an Nvidia GT 630m or better graphics chip.
Edit:
This Acer notebook has dedicated graphics and would run those games fine:
the age old question. Intel out performs base to base. If you want to do light gaming.. live civ's 5, and movie watching. You can go with the cheaper AMD components. They should serve you well. Ideally though, intel is looked to be more of "premium" series.

What kind of graphics card should i be looking for? All the Intel ones I have seen are running the Intel hd 4000 gpu, will that work?
