I currently have a desktop that is more than adequate in the gaming department but I'm looking for something a little more mobile. I would mostly be using this laptop to play runescape so I would like something that could handle that well and possibly World of Warcraft on a medium/low setting. Ideally I would like a backlit keyboard but if that starts to get to complicated I could live without it.

I'm fine with the idea of a certified used laptop to open up more possibility and I'm hoping to spend around $500-$600. If I'm way out of line here on price someone please just say something. You can feel free to post laptops you may know of that are slighty over the $600 that not a dead final number.

hello there the biggest problem no offense is that it costs money to make a "gaming laptop" or something similar so your not way out of line just selling yourself short now i will say that the intel integrated graphics on the 4th gen processors is pretty good could handle your runescape very well it just wouldnt work for world of warcraft so if i may recommend 2 laptops that i think would be in a good price point for you.

that one is an ASUS i never owned one but it will have no problems playing world of warcraft and its under the 1000$ mark and not too much higher than 600$

that one is an MSI i have heard great things about them but never owned one this one is just a tad bit higher than 600$ but is cheaper than the ASUS one above the difference other than price is that the MSI has a core I5 and the ASUS has a core I7

hope this helps good luck with your search
