They connect to either your PC's 3.5mm or a USB 2.0 port. I have no ideal about your adaptor. What the model number on that. You may not need the adaptor unless you just really want to use it with the new headset.

They come with many adaptors also.

I went ahead and went with the hyperx cloud 2 all the adapter s looked nice along with it so we will see by tomorrow whether it works or not, ty mate
