Hey everyone,
I kinda have a basic idea of what laptop I'm going to get, but a second opinion wouldn't hurt. Thanks for your help!
1. What is your budget?
~$1000
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
15" - 17"
3. What screen resolution do you want?
At least 1366x768
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portability preferred
5. How much battery life do you need?
Hoping for at least 3 hours, or if I could buy an extended battery.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games.?
Borderlands 2, TF2, etc. Medium to High-ish.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Maybe video editing and 3D modeling
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
At least 750GB
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

Until it breaks down or is very outdated.
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need?
DVD writer
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I'm open to any brand, as long as it's good. For the processor, though, I MUST have Intel. Intel is very power efficient and the only processor I use in Mid to High range builds.

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I'm looking to buy in 2 - 3 weeks. There HAS to be a discrete graphics card. I NEED a matte screen; I can't live with glare screens anymore.
