Looking for a new laptop

I'm going to universality majoring in computer engineering and I'm looking for a laptop that can do almost everything (programming,gaming,editing..etc.),Im planing to use the laptop for the next 5+ years... my budget is $2400


The laptops I found

• Razer Blade 15 with RTX 2070 Max-Q
• Dell xps 15
• MSI GS65 Stealth
• Gigabyte AERO 15

My question to you is, is it smart to buy now, or should I wait? Is there better laptops then the ones I listed that is in my budget?which one is the best from the laptops I listed ?

If for some reason you despise the Razer Blade 15, here are the things you should buy in stead ranging in the descending order from quality and specifications:

MSI Stealth GS65 is the best option if not buying the Razer Blade 15
Gigabyte Aero has a GTX 1060, this is the best option if you are not buying MSI Stealth GS65
At last, Dell XPS 15 with a GTX 960M and i5
