Solved! Looking for a solution to my pc charging system

Guys I have a problem. When i connect my charger to my laptop it says 'plugged in, not charging' and it becomes very slow. I tried using my friend's charger because she also has a Dell like mine and the chargers are the same. So hers charged my pc and it wasn't slow at all. Tried my charger again, pc became slow. Any thoughts guys? Please come through.

Your charger is obviously bad if another works fine.
