Looking for a solution

I have a gaming laptop, particularly this one: ASUS Gaming NB G771JW-T7028D/16GB (FHD And i also have a headset with two cables, one for the audio and the other one for the mic. Problem is that the laptop has only one jack. Can someone help?

As far as I know, you won't be able to use that headset's mic, as you don't have a mic in port.

If you need to have a mic, your only option is a USB type.

What about an external sound card? I've got one for about 5 dollars. You put it into USB port and it has 2 jakcs one for headphones and one for microphone.

Of course you would have to pay more for a better one
