Looking for businnes (?) laptop

Hi guys
The time has come, and now I'm in need of a mobile computer. Since I have to buy it anyway, I'd like to use it also as my 2nd PC while at home (so I've sold old one when I had a good offer).
I need to use it with some programs like advanced compilers (Visual Studio 2013), CAD family ones, etc. (I'm an IT student).

So, what I want:
-powerful CPU unit (mid-end i7 ?) - because some "heavy" programs will be in use and I don't like to look at the loading screens and slowly filling up progressbars any second more than necessary.
-integrated GPU (intel HD 4600 or better ?) (I have gaming PC at home, and propably things I'm gonna do will be more focused on CPU than graphics processor). Also, battery life is kind of important to me, and as far as I know external GPU's are killing batteries in mobile devices.
-capacious battery, as I said^
-8 GB RAM (@1600 CL9-9-9-24 ?)
-no hard disks or fast 90-120 GB SSD and one free 2,5" slot (or 2 free 2,5" slots)
-15" - 18" 1080p mat screen (hate glare ones, and 1080p cause at home I'll be connecting it to external display.
-at least one HDMI / DVI out^
-no dvd-rom (waste of space)
-gigabit LAN card would be nice, cause sometimes I'm in need to share files in home network
-solid case and keyboard
-no OS
-unlocked BIOS
-warranty for separate parts (no seals, MB acces, etc)
-would be nice if it wouldn't be hot under load (I mean case temperatures)

1000 euro is absolutely deadline, I'm rather gonna spend a bit less since I want just a good fast computer (from business class ?) without disks and OS, instead of ultra-efficient-gaming-ultrabook or something like that.

Not sure where you can buy a laptop without a drive or OS except at boutique builders.Business class tend to be average computers with many features useful to an IT organization at a company, such as vpro chips and the like, added expense for no benefit to the consumer.

I made a little research and found these two available in my country.

There were a few options to configure them (screenshot above)
Still, I have no idea how are things with battery life and warranty, or which one of these two is better.
(I'm OK with both 15,6 and 17,3"; If both are good I'd rather go with W670SZQ1, because it's bigger, cheaper and looks better )
About battery, both have 62.16WH ones. Could you tell me for how much time will it last ? (approximately; compilers, browser, maybe watching a movie sometimes)

Also, in configuration I checked 2,5" sata slot instead of DVD-ROM. Is it normal sata 3 6Gb/s port ? (going to put 2 SSD's inside)

I do have an i7-4700MQ laptop, but with a GT740M. In general I would say that for normal activities it has a battery life of about 3.5 hours. Without a GPU it should be a little better. Not actually sure if I ended up with the 48 or 62 Wh battery, my guess would be the smaller one. (They claim up to 5 hours)

Bigger screen will use a little more power, and 1920x1080 will use more power, because of the GPU and memory load, then 1600x900 or 1366x768.

Not quite sure on your last question there. Should have a maximum module height 7mm or 9mm or whatever. You should be able to put in a SATA SSD, but you shouldn't have to. You should have room for a 2.5" drive inside as well as the mSATA port. Potentially three drives.

It makes sense now. I was asking if the third drive would be also connected to mb by sata 3 cable (or ie. sata 2 or another slower connector), navermind that. I'll propably go with 3 places for drives anyway, it doesn't cost much and maybe one day I'll be in need of some extra storage.

Summing up, what do You think? Is this one good enough for everyday use, and not bad in performance/price ratio? I'd like it to last next ~4 years for studies and as secondary PC under win7 / linux (nothing super powerful, just fine and quite fast working computer)

I think it will go well. If you ever need a video card you might regret it, but other then that it is a fast processor with lots of storage options.
