Looking for camera very slim and which is quick to turn on

Hi,

I'm looking for a camera to take pictures of my children on the spot.

So I'd like the camera to be very slim (so that I can put it in my pocket) and that is quick to turn on.

I have a hard time to search for a camera based on those two criteria.

I don't need great picture quality.

I don't want a smartphone.
