Looking for a tracker that does:
1) Continuous HR monitoring (the fewer presses and pauses it takes to know my heart rate - the better).
2) Sleep monitoring
3) durability (one i can safely shower and sauna with)
4) time/date/weekday
5) has a reliable app that tracks hr and sleep data long-term.
MI band 2 cant do sauna and takes 15sec to tell me my hr. Fitbit charge 2 isnt even waterproof. Haven't tried anything else yet. Any advice appreciated.
