Looking for guesstimates on battery life for notebook purchase (Lenovo is totally silent about this...!)

I want to buy this Lenovo laptop but have no clue what kind of battery life to expect..it's got a 2 cell 30 w/h battery.

The tasks will be internet browsing, light office work, web design and occasional graphic design, I would say normal office workflow?

How many hours can I expect to get for "normal" workflow?

Settings will be:

- half dim screen
- no sound
- medium power saver mode

Here are the laptop specs and URL:

Let's see:
1. 14" screen and a 3-cell 52 Wh battery.
2. GTX 920 instead of MX 150.
3. A basic TN panel.

I would expect at least 6 hours of useful battery life, possibly as much as 8 hours, using regular office applications and going by medium power settings - especially half-dim screen.

Simply looking at battery life, the 3-cell battery is a definite improvement, so is the GTX 920 card (consumes less power compared with the MX 150 card), and the more you lower the brightness of the screen, the more you increase battery life.

Cheers,
GreyCatz.

The closest I could get was this Czech web site where battery life is listed at around 5 hours:

https://www.euronics.cz/notebook-lenovo-ideapad-320-15ikbrn-cerny-darek-lnv81bg000dck/p451629/

This model uses an IGP - not the MX150 - so you should probably subtract about 1 hour. Not very impressive, but the IdeaPad 300-series is slated as an entry-level device designed to handle "normal office workflow" and just that. Even so, bring along the power cable, just to be safe.

They have another one on sale now, same specs but 14" screen and 3 cell, 52.5 w/h that makes a lot more sense right?

I has this graphics cars:

Graphics NVIDIA® GEFORCE® 920MX (2GB GDDR5)

And 8 gigs or RAM, but apart from that and smaller screen same machine

How many hours could I expect from that realistically?
