looking for help about my computer

When I move the screen of my computer it glitches and then shuts off my computer. It kills my battery and the AC adapter. When I get the adapter to power back on and go to plug it in, the adapter dies and my computer does nothing. What is wrong?

Hi,

If it's only happening when you move your screen, that could mean that some component inside is short circuiting. Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up. If these will not and if the laptop is still under the factory warranty do contact the manufacturer right away to prevent more damages from happening.

Sounds like one of the wires from the motherboard to the screen,which goes through the hinges, is shorted.
