looking for help rebooting my laptop

My Toshiba Satellite A205-S4777, would not reeboot by holding the 0 button ,it just makes a beeping noise.

does anything show on the screen? how many beeps does it do if in a pattern as in 3 beeps, pause then repeats that sequence?
