Did you try turning it off and then back on? If so and it still does that, then try putting it in "Safe Mode" (instructions below) and see if it happens in there. If it doesn't, then you probably have a virus, malware, bad app, etc. on the phone that needs to be removed. If, however, it happens in "Safe Mode" as well, then it could either need a "Hard Reset" which will totally wipe and reset the device, or it is a hardware issue and needs to be looked at by a tech.

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
