Looking for help

I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3521 and it is about a year old. I keep getting notifications saying that there is no battery detected. I got on it today and whenever I click on something the screen will turn purple and then flicker back to the desktop. It keeps flickering between the two screens and I don't know what to do. If I could get some advice that would be great. Thank you.

if it still under warranty contact them for a rma or a repair .
