Looking for how to get into a locked phone

I was locked out of my cell phone because I let my friend use it and I have no idea what they did but when I got it back after they made some calls I couldn't get back in it. I don't know my Google account or anything by heart because someone else set it up for me. What I do? I have called the phone company it was a prepaid phone but they told me to go buy another phone which is crazy since I just bought this one a couple of weeks ago

If you don't know your account, ask whoever set it up for you to help. It should have been done using your own Google account. We can't help bypassing security measures. Your friend probably tried to unlock it using the wrong passcode too many times. To unlock it without knowing your pin for the phone, you have to know your Google account to get past the lock.
