How long do you want to keep your laptop? Until the hard drive gets filled up or when it get slow for modern things

PUBG has pretty high system requirements, you won't be playing that on a $300 laptop. Likely not even on a used one unless you can find a good deal from someone. Minecraft and Roblox will be fine on many budget laptops though. For PUBG you are looking at about $400 or so for used or $700 new. If you can up your budget just a little bit to $329, then you can purchase the following Acer laptop which has a Core i3-7100u, Intel HD 620 graphics core, 4GB of RAM, !TB Hard dRive, and 1366x768 resolution screen. Definitely much better than the refurbed Dell laptop with a 2nd Core i5 CPU and Intel HD 3000 graphics core as well as the HP laptop with the Pentium N3540 and it's even weaker Intel HD (Bay Trail) integrated graphics core.

You can Minecraft, and Roblox. You can even play LoL on ultra settings (even at 1080p if the laptop had a 1080p screen). I have a older laptop with a Core i5-4200u (only slightly more powerful than the i3-7100) and Intel HD 4400 (less powerful than the Intel HD 620) that can play Skyrim at default settings at 1366x768 resolution pretty decently. It can play Star Trek Online (free2 play), on a mix of low and medium settings at 1080p with pretty decent performance.

But can it record videos in the background and while they are uploading can I still play and even be recording another video?
