Solved! Looking for low budget laptops

Hello!
I have a really small budget only enough for buying Intel celeron laptop from Flipkart
But I don't want to regret later. Should I buy it? Please respond.

Anytime you get something low end there is a chance to regret it. First question would be, can it run what I want it to run? It comes with Lunix and only 2 GB of RAM, I would double the RAM at least. It will be OK for low end use, video streaming, web browsing, documents.
