Looking for the loudest portable speaker

Hi!
I would like to buy a portable speaker, that is LOUD, has fairly good sound quality, and preferably under 200$.
I read a lot of reviews, but all of them felt like, they wanted to sold me something (which is probably true )
Do you have any suggestions?
