Looking for video card

I have a lenovo laptop y460p model. And the video card is dead. Is it replaceable or capable for external for external video card?

You would need to replace the entire motherboard, which will probably cost more than the laptop is worth.

There's no Thunderbolt port, so external GPUs are more fun for tinkerers than actually useful on a day-to-day basis.
