Looking to solve my samsung tv

I have a samsung tv. But im having problems. I cant access anything it only pops on tv "unable to connect to Samsung server please try again later. I cant even go to settings NOTHING AT ALL. What do I do?

Consult manual how to return TV to factory setting. If that doesn't work am afraid you will have to return the TV.
