Actually, I got banned by slickdeals.com for absolutely nothing. I got an account and signed in. Later when I attempted to comment on a post, it said I was banned and now it blocks my IP. I have to look at it through Google Cache unless I want to use a VPN. And they ignore my emails. So yes, you can get banned for absolutely nothing with no explanation and no response to inquiries.

If you have a Google Gmail account that suddenly got deleted for no reason (not because of technical issues) causing you to lose all of your important emails wouldn't you be pissed? Why do any of you think this lawsuit over losing a Facebook page is any different?

On another note, why do people get so pissed off over spleling errors. Or people who does not knows how to rights a sentance?

Seriously, get over it. Spelling and grammar are unimportant. What's important is that you can understand what the article is trying to communicate.

i think this is out of morals, which no one seems to have anymore, facebook need to do more to please customers because without customer there would be no facebook, its called morals

Actually I had my profile disabled after someone hacked it and added heaps of people... after 18months and a merrygoround with the facebook Nazi's I got it back only to have a pop up ask me if I had recently accessed my account from Iowa when I live on the other side of the world in Australia! SO they not only wouldn'r give me back my account for ages they let some other freak knowingly use it! Self righteous, pompous Nazi's all of them facebook varmints!

i like and keep using facebook.. btu if they deleted my profile tomorrow i'd just make another one, i mostly only keep up with a few freindswho have mvoed away and cna count them on my digits provided no gloves or shoe son, the rest are people mostly in town tha ti still hang out with and keep a private profile... so i could just talk to my friends or make a new profile and i'd be able to remember all my friends... cause i don't friend aquantances >_<

i hop this guy loses his case, hope he loses lots of money pursuing it and spends years in debt as a lesson to others suing private companies providing a private (albeit free) service have no obligation to a person they give you a service and as you give nothign back they can take that service with no legal reprocution

Maybe someone did this proven technique to get rid of someone on FB.

-Hijack his account (firesheep, guessing pw or keylogger)
-Go through 7 proxies
-Post CP and goatse all over the place
-?????
-Profit!
-And the victim gets the almighty zuck-a-ban-hammer-of-doom!

And how can I trust the article and what it tries to communicate if the person *writing* it can't communicate? Spelling and grammar ARE important. I'll be the first to admit that I kind of suck at it, but that's why I have to take it as a part of obtaining a degree... because you can't be taken too seriously if you can't communicate well.
