My grandson ( who is on my verizon acct ) lost his cell phone in July of 2016. I turned it in to assurion as lost and paid the 149.99 to replace it. Last week, (Mar. 2017 ), It was found at a business in town. It was only 2 weeks old when lost. My grandson had dropped the replacement phone in a snowbank and couldn't find it so it is trash. I would like to use the one that was lost to replace the one from the snowbank. I haven't claimed this one on insurance. I took both of them to the verizon store and was told that it is on the lost list and to call a 800 number and talk to them. Do you know what is involved in trying to get the phone off the lost list? I won't have to give them my 1st born or my house will I? thanks, Chris
