Question Lost my MAC address and wifi hardware missing after a factory reset on a ONN 32 in roku tv. Can anybody tell me how to retrieve them?

I did a factory reset on a ONN ROKU tv and lost my MAC address and says my wifi hardware is missing. Does anybody know how I can retrieve them so I can use my tv again?

A MAC address is not something you lose. It is "baked" into the network adapter.

I suppose it is possible that your network adapter in the device has failed. Try disabling network devices and then turning back on.
