Lost my zte-899VL phone, how to lock or reset it

If you don't have it, and if you didn't add any app or other option of remotely wiping or locking it, there is nothing you can do.

The best you can do is contact your carrier/service provider and have them cut the service to it, and also report it stolen to the police.
