Lost phone's IMEI

I have a j7 2016 and i have a number in this form *xxxxxx/xx/xxxxxx/xx*.
Is that the IMEI?

You can't block anyone from accessing it unless you again had signed up for such a service, or had an app installed.

The most you can do is get the service cut off.

In the future I would suggest installing a wiping app or signing up for a wiping service, that way if lost or stolen, you can delete everything on it.
You cannot locate a phone via that info. You would need to have either had an app on the phone that is for tracking, or have signed up for a tracking service.

You can try contacting your carrier/service provider as they 'may' be able to help locate it. They can also turn off the service for you, so no one runs up your bill.

Also, you should really change all your account log ins and passwords to any account you accessed from the phone. Before someone else accesses them.
