Low budget laptop for CS:GO

I can't stand running the game at 12 fps anymore, I need an upgrade. Any good suggestions for a laptop that can run the game at a decent frame rate? My budget is $350.

You won't find a good laptop in this price range that is designed for gaming. Look at the acer e series.
