I am getting some 30-35 fps...
I don't know why, because most of the time I get a high fps on Low... (low still looks like high.)

It is your "AMD Radeon HD 7650M" that is letting you down. It is not a good graphics card for high end games.

OK, But I always put the game on LOW settings. EVERY SINGLE GAME I run on low settings with my CCC enabling the performance to HIGH (basically setting it to my switchable graphics card, the good one not my intel card)

Try this also, run the game on Full Screen. Mine was set to Windowed and it was running at 15-25fps. Changed to Full Screen and now sits on 100-120fps.

I did all that other stuff like unparking cores, changing in game video settings, even had to paste something in my BF4 folder on notepad, but this was the massive fix!! :bounce:
