Low FPS on new laptop

so i recently got MSI Laptop here are the spec's, i5 core Intel processor, Nvidia Geforce GT 710M, 6 Gb of ram. i play alot of games but my computer is not preforming at what i think it should
im Getting about 30-90 fps in counter strike and about 6-20 in arma 3 when i know i should be getting hella for fps in all games please help.

Why do you think a GT 710M would get more than that?

As Mark RM mentioned, that's a very low end GPU. To be honest, I'm not sure why MSI would even bother putting it in there, as the integrated graphics on the CPU are probably as good or better, assuming the CPU is from that last couple generations of i5s.
