Low performance on good specs ?

Is it okay to have around 30-60 fps on csgo with these specs:
Intel i5-5220U 2.20 Ghz,AMD Radeon R5 M330 2 GB DDR3,4 GB RAM?

It depends what settings you are playing on. That looks like a laptop with a mobile CPU and mobile GPU. Not to mention 4GB of ram. IS that GPU GDDR3 or 4?

With an R5 GPU, yeah that's about as much as your going to get. The R5 GPUs are really weak. R7 and R9 are really the ones to get if you can.

Yes definitely if you drop to 720p resolution mate.
You'll be 50-60fps most of the time
